Order created

After checkout, buyers and sellers can see the order and a dedicated chat history.

Buyer protection

Buyer protection stays active until delivery rules are met or you confirm receipt.

Delivery

  1. 1Paid: Checkout successful and the seller can deliver.
  2. 2Delivered: Seller has marked the order as completed or automatic delivery has occurred.
  3. 3Completed: You confirmed receipt and the order is closed.
  4. 4Disputed: A case is open until it is resolved.

What you will see

Paid
Delivered
Completed

Status badges appear at the top of the order page.

Confirmation

Only confirm delivery if you have received everything as described.

  • Confirmation closes the order and releases supplier wallet credits according to platform rules.
  • Automatic confirmation may apply after a deadline displayed on the order.

Problems

  • First, try to resolve in the order chat.
  • Open a dispute within the allowed timeframe if delivery has failed.
  • Keep screenshots and timestamps in the thread.
