1. Role of the Platform
RMT.GG is operated by RMT Technologies OÜ. Suppliers and users create listings, profiles, messages, and other material on the Platform. We act as an intermediary and do not pre-screen all user content.
We respond to valid notices of alleged infringement or illegality as described here and in our Terms of Service. Removal or restriction of content does not mean we endorse any complaint or admit liability.
2. What you can report
You may use this process to report content you believe:
Infringes copyright, trademark, design, or related intellectual property rights.
Is counterfeit or misuses branding in a way that is likely to confuse consumers.
Is illegal under applicable law (for example, malware, stolen credentials, or other prohibited categories in our Terms of Service).
Constitutes impersonation, fraud, or another serious abuse that cannot be resolved through an ordinary order dispute.
3. What this process usually does not cover
We generally do not remove listings solely because a game publisher's terms of service prohibit a type of trade, or because a rights holder disagrees with secondary-market activity that is otherwise lawful for the parties involved.
Order, payment, and delivery disputes between buyers and suppliers should be handled through the Platform's order and dispute tools, not through this process.
Disagreements about pricing, competition, or subjective listing quality are not grounds for a notice under this policy unless they involve unlawful content or intellectual property infringement.
4. How to submit a notice
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Notice and takedown" (or a more specific label such as "Copyright notice" or "Trademark notice").
Send notices in English if possible. We may ask for translations where needed to process your request under applicable law.
5. Information to include
To help us act quickly, include as much of the following as applies:
Your full name and organization (if any), role (e.g. rights holder or authorized agent), and contact details.
Identification of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other right you claim is infringed.
The URL or other specific location of the content on RMT.GG (listing, profile, chat message, image, or other material).
A clear explanation of why you believe the content is unlawful or infringes your rights.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, where required by law, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is sufficient for email notices).
6. Our review process
We review complete notices in good faith and may contact the reporter, the affected user, or both for clarification.
We may remove or restrict access to reported content, suspend listings or accounts, or take no action if we determine the notice is incomplete, unfounded, or outside this policy.
We do not guarantee a particular response time. Urgent illegal activity may also be reported to competent authorities.
Where we remove content, we may notify the affected user and provide an opportunity to submit a counter-notice as described below.
7. Counter-notice and restoration
If you believe content was removed or restricted by mistake, you may reply to our notice with:
Your name and contact details.
Identification of the content and its location before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you have a good-faith belief the removal was mistaken.
Consent to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for disputes with RMT Technologies OÜ, where required for your counter-notice to be valid.
We may restore content if we determine the counter-notice is complete and appropriate, unless the original complainant initiates legal proceedings or we otherwise determine restoration is not permitted by law.
8. Repeat infringers
Users who repeatedly upload or offer infringing or unlawful content may have accounts terminated or permanently restricted, in addition to any other remedies available to us or to rights holders.
9. Misuse of the notice process
Knowingly submitting false or misleading notices, or using this process to harass users or suppress lawful speech or trade, may result in rejection of the notice and further action against the sender, including account restrictions and liability for damages where permitted by law.
11. Contact
Send notices and counter-notices to [email protected].
Include enough detail for us to identify the content and verify your authority. We may request additional information before acting.
