1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using RMT.GG (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Continued use after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires explicit consent.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We may request proof of age or identity. Providing false information may result in suspension or termination.
3. Account registration and security
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
One person must not operate multiple accounts to circumvent rules, fees, or restrictions. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Role of the Platform
RMT.GG sells digital goods and services to buyers on the platform. Independent suppliers (shown as Sellers in the interface) fulfill orders on our behalf. Your purchase contract is with RMT Technologies OÜ (RMT.GG), not with the supplier.
We provide checkout, payment processing, buyer protection, disputes, and supplier payouts through internal wallets.
5. Buyer obligations
You must review listing details, delivery requirements, and supplier instructions before purchasing from RMT.GG. You agree to communicate promptly and provide accurate delivery information requested for fulfillment.
You must not misuse the order, dispute, or refund systems.
6. Supplier (Seller) obligations
Suppliers (shown as Sellers) must describe listings truthfully, maintain accurate stock, comply with applicable laws, and fulfill orders as described and within the stated timeframe.
When a buyer completes checkout, you agree to fulfill the order without undue delay.
If a refund is issued, the goods total is returned through the Platform's refund tools. Payment processing fees paid by the buyer at checkout are not refunded.
7. Your purchase contract
When you complete checkout, you enter a binding purchase contract with RMT Technologies OÜ (RMT.GG) for the items shown at checkout. The supplier fulfills the order on our behalf; the supplier is not your contractual counterparty for the sale.
Listing snapshots and order records document what was purchased and at what price.
8. Digital content and waiver of the right of withdrawal
For consumers in the European Economic Area and similar jurisdictions, statutory withdrawal rights may apply to distance contracts.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you may lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed (as permitted under Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), and implementing laws).
Before completing checkout, the Platform requires you to confirm that you agree to the Terms and that you request immediate performance of digital content and acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal once delivery or access has begun. Do not complete checkout if you do not agree.
9. Chargebacks, bank disputes, and platform sanctions
Definitions: A "chargeback" or "external payment dispute" means any reversal, claim, or dispute you initiate with your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment processor concerning a transaction completed on RMT.GG, instead of or before exhausting the Platform's in-platform dispute process.
Process: You agree to open and participate in an in-platform dispute for the relevant order and allow RMT.GG and the supplier a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before initiating any external payment dispute, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Sanctions: If you initiate a chargeback or external payment dispute in breach of this section, or in bad faith, we may treat it as a material breach of these Terms and may: suspend or terminate your account; apply a payout hold on your wallet and linked accounts; offset amounts you owe (including disputed sums and reasonable fees) against your wallet balance where permitted; withhold or reverse supplier payouts tied to the dispute; and share relevant records with payment partners for fraud prevention.
Evidence: The Platform may retain checkout consent receipts (including timestamps, IP address, device signals, and clause acknowledgments), order communications, delivery records, and payment metadata to respond to payment disputes and cooperate with processors.
10. Payments and buyer protection
Payment terms: You pay RMT.GG when checkout completes in the currency shown. Buyer protection applies until delivery is confirmed or another release condition under Platform rules is met. Supplier earnings are credited to internal wallets after order completion; suppliers request withdrawals and are paid manually by the platform.
Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal to RMT.GG merchant accounts. Refunds are issued to your RMT wallet by default where our policy allows; you may choose return to your original payment method when offered.
Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in account restrictions. Refunds follow Platform policies, order outcome, and dispute resolution.
Refunds are credited against the order goods total, not including payment processing fees shown at checkout. After delivery is confirmed and the supplier wallet credit is released, refunds may no longer be available through the Platform.
11. Prohibited conduct
You must not: commit fraud or misrepresent your identity; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; circumvent fees, security, or Platform protections; manipulate reviews, ratings, or orders; use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity; attempt to complete trades off-Platform to evade buyer protection and dispute protections; or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
We may suspend accounts, remove listings, withhold payouts, and cooperate with authorities where appropriate.
12. Prohibited listings and services
You must not list, offer, or sell through the Platform:
Illegal goods or services under applicable law.
Stolen, hacked, or otherwise unauthorized accounts, items, credentials, or access.
Malware, cheats, bots, exploits, or tools designed primarily to violate a game's or publisher's terms of service.
Adult or sexually explicit content or services.
Drugs, controlled substances, weapons, or pharmaceuticals.
Gambling, lottery, or unlicensed betting services; cryptocurrency investment or ICO schemes.
Counterfeit goods or services that infringe intellectual property rights.
Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or deceptive get-rich-quick offers.
Listings that primarily facilitate violating third-party game publisher or platform terms where that is the main purpose of the listing.
Other high-risk categories that payment processors or card networks commonly restrict.
We may remove listings, suspend or terminate accounts, and report activity to payment partners or authorities where required.
13. Disputes and platform decisions
Disputes should first be handled through the Platform's dispute tools and order chat. You agree to provide good-faith information and evidence.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, you should open a dispute within a reasonable time, typically within 72 hours of delivery or the expected delivery window stated in the order, so issues can be investigated while records are fresh. RMT.GG may make binding decisions on refunds and buyer protection within the scope of its policies and available evidence.
Nothing prevents you from pursuing mandatory consumer rights against RMT.GG where applicable law requires.
14. Intellectual property and trademarks
The Platform, branding, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You grant RMT.GG a license to host and display content you upload as needed to operate the service.
Game titles, logos, and other trademarks mentioned on the Platform belong to their respective owners. RMT.GG is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners unless expressly stated.
15. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific trading outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, RMT.GG and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, except where mandatory law (including consumer law) provides otherwise. Aggregate liability may be capped where permitted.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RMT.GG and its operators, affiliates, and personnel against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your listings, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk, legal requirements, or operational reasons.
Upon termination, pending orders may be completed, cancelled, or refunded according to Platform rules and payment status. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.
18. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. We will provide notice by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes may require additional notice or consent where required by law.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to RMT Technologies OÜ, the operator of RMT.GG, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence cannot be waived.
Courts or venues will be those designated by applicable law or the operator's registered jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
20. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement regarding the subject matter they cover, superseding prior understandings on the same subject.
