4. Services and pricing
RMT.GG operates an online marketplace where RMT Technologies OÜ sells digital in-game goods and services to buyers. Independent suppliers (shown as Sellers in the interface) list offers and fulfill orders on our behalf. Listings may include in-game currency, items, accounts, boosting, coaching, and related digital services.
RMT.GG charges suppliers a platform fee of 5% on successful sales. Buyers are not charged a separate platform fee; the total payable is shown at checkout, including any applicable VAT where required. For more detail, see our knowledge base article on fees and pricing.
5. Payment terms and currencies
When you complete checkout, you pay RMT Technologies OÜ (RMT.GG) the total amount shown in the transaction currency displayed on the listing and at checkout. Supported currencies include USD, EUR, GBP, and others available in the checkout flow.
Payments are processed through licensed third-party payment providers using cards and other payment methods made available for your region at checkout. Funds may be held until delivery is confirmed or another release condition under Platform rules is met. Supplier payouts are released after order completion according to Platform rules.
6. Refunds and cancellations
RMT.GG sells digital goods and services directly to buyers. We do not sell or ship physical goods, and no shipping or return policy for physical products applies.
Refunds and cancellations are handled through the Platform's order and dispute process, based on order outcome, supplier performance, and our Terms of Service. Statutory withdrawal rights for digital content in the European Economic Area are addressed in our Terms of Service. Chargebacks and external payment disputes are subject to the chargeback policy in our Terms of Service.
When a refund is issued, only the order goods total is returned to the buyer. Payment processing fees charged at checkout are pass-through costs from third-party payment providers and are not refunded by RMT.GG, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
